Lucas County Special Olympics has teamed up with the City of Toledo Parks and Recreation Department
to offer a unified softball league to our athletes and members of the community.

What is unified softball you ask?
Unified softball joins people with and without intellectual disabilities to play together on the same team.
Training together and playing together is a great way to make new friends and have a better understanding of what Special Olympics is all about. We are looking to put together at least four unified teams that will compete against each other throughout the summer.
Teams will be made up of similar age and ability levels.

We are looking for community members who would like to participate either as a unified partner or coach.
(Unified partners/coaches must be at least 16 years of age). Below is the information about the league.
If you are interested please fill out the registration form below and we will get in touch with you!
