Use of the Board facilities during the pandemic remain restricted.

Some  notes about entering one of our buildings:

  • Access is by invitation only and only at scheduled times;
  • Social distancing will be required –  including in the lunch rooms, in conference rooms, at the copiers, etc.
  • ONLY the front lobby entrance is to be used at both buildings – none of the other doors are to be used; and
  • The self-screening form must be completed and submitted before entering a building.  A new form must be completed for each person, each day.

Do you/they have fever (temperature of 100.4 or higher) or have you/they felt hot or feverish recently (14-21 days)?
Are you/they having shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing?
Do you/they have a cough?
Any other flu-like symptoms? such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue?
Have you/they experienced recent loss of taste or smell?
Are you/they in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients?

If any of the above boxes are checked yes, then entry needs to be rescheduled.
