These grants would be perfect for summer camp and deadlines are right around the corner.

ACT Today— (

Quarterly grant open to families that have a child with autism. They also have an SOS grant for immediate assistance and a grant just for military families.  APPLY April 1st-30th

Beyond Words Foundation —(

Grants for services not listed on the child’s IEP (no ST, OT, PT) DEADLINE MAY 1st

Danielle’s Foundation— (

Helps children with cerebral palsy and brain injury to get their children the therapies and medical equipment they desperately need. Call 800-511-2283 for application. GRANTS QUARTERLY!

***Project iAm— (

Helps families in the Toledo area with therapies and services. No request is too big or too small. DEADLINE APRIL 1st

***NWO Apraxia Support— (

Provides grants to fund supplemental therapies, treatments, activities, or equipment that will enhance the lives of individual children of CAS and other hidden disabilities. DEADLINE APRIL 17th

***Small Steps in Speech— (

Provides grants for future therapies and software applications for children that have a diagnosis of CAS. DEADLINE MAY 1st

***Special Kids Therapy—- (

Must live in Ohio and have therapy, service or equipment not covered by insurance. DEADLINE MAY 31st

****Super Schades Foundation — (

$200 grants specifically for summer camp. Check Income criteria but they make exceptions. DEADLINE MAY 1st

Assists through the purchase of a specific item for children with any physical disability or illness.

Lindsay Foundation— (

Assist families with resources necessary to provide medical treatment, therapies and rehabilitative equipment in order to improve the life of a child with special needs.

Midwest Council for Children with Disabilities —(

Provides financial assistance to children challenged physically, developmentally or cognitively.

Parker’s Purpose— (

Any family who has a minor (18 and under) with a life altering illness or disability that is in an immediate financial crisis due to unforeseen medical expenses.

Prayer Child Foundation— (

Assists children living with physical and emotional challenges.

United Healthcare Children’s Foundation— (

Provide financial help/assistance for families with children that have medical needs not covered or not fully covered by their commercial health insurance plan.
